This July marks Quigley's 2nd birthday into our family. His real birth date is sometime in November (we think :-) but of course the day he joined our lives is the day we'll never forget! Not a week, sometimes even a day, goes by when we're not talking about something unique about him. His surprisingly soft fur, his neat blue eye or his lightening speed chasing animals in our yard. Since I'm pretty sure we wont be finding out the sex of our baby, I decided I had to know about Quigley. I bought a DNA test online, we swabbed Quigley's cheeks and then anxiously waited 2 weeks for the results! All we knew was that our lovebug and 60 lb lap-dog was a stray and picked up from the streets in Georgia.... oh and we were told he was a lab mix! Needless to say, the results were shocking of course nothing could change how much we love him, but now we look at him and say "oh that's the ---- in him"

Siberian Husky and a Kerry Blue Terrier Mix crossed with a German Wire Hair Pointer and Boxer
We had to pull up pictures and read up on these dogs because a few we'd never heard of! Sure enough he looks most like the Pointer and Boxer mix, that must have been his dominant parent. That blue eye, all husky! Now thats a mutt and boy do we love him!!!
